Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations across various facilities. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of cleaning staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and uphold safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity.
• Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation protocols aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
• Enforce safety regulations during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management to address concerns, report issues, and improve service quality.

Experience

• Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles within commercial, industrial, or hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a cleaning or sanitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, safety regulations, and industrial cleaning practices.
• Familiarity with management of cleaning & sanitation operations including inventory control and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Effective managerial communication skills to coordinate tasks and resolve issues promptly.
• Prior experience in laundry services or housekeeping management is a plus.
