General Clerk / Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, quotations, and basic documents
• Update customer, stock, and service records
• Assist in filing and organizing documents
• Key in data into system and Excel
• Coordinate with production, store, and service team
• Reply customer WhatsApp and basic inquiries
• Assist in appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Handle courier arrangement and simple office coordination
• Support daily office operations

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Responsible and willing to learn
• Good attitude and teamwork
• Able to multitask and follow instructions
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
