General Clerk

Key Responsibilities

• Verify paid and cancelled tickets against internal reports
• Prepare lists and basic operational documents for State Office
• Assist with payment processing and cheque issuance
• Prepare debit notes for operational materials
• Support issuance of stocks and printed materials to agencies
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations team
• Participate in company promotional activities

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or clerical role
• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, English and Bahasa both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities
