What they need
Responsibilities
- General clerical duties, including filing ,data input, photocopying ...etc.
- Preparing quota, follow up delivery and client's request.
- Basic computer skills, proficiency in use of MS office, MS Excel, Word processing... etc
- 一般文職工作、接電話、資料輸入存檔、複印、製作報價單.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.
- Chinese and English typing min 50 wpm
- Sense of responsibility, detail - minded and self-motivated.
- Polite, pleasant with positive working attitude.
- Good command of spoken in cantonese
- 1 年工作經驗者優先.
- 熟懂中/英打字 50wpm, 倉頡 / 速成 /拼音輸入，懂 MS Excel, MS Office Words..etc.
- 有禮貌; 良好溝通技巧; 工作須細心及負責任; 能獨立處理工作.
- 需熟懂粵語; 略懂英語; 一般普通話.
Immediate available is highly preferred.能即時上班者優先.
