What they need
About the role
Fully responsible to support night shift receiving operations from 7pm - 7am.
Key responsibilities
- Tallying and summarize shipment weighment report
- Verify port delivery document and proper documentation on shipment receiving document
- Ensure adequate port weight chit coupon
- Coordination with superior on stock planned arrangement
- Assisting daily delivery to estate ex-main WHS and 3rd party WHS
- Collecting fertilizer samples to independent laboratory for analysis
- Maintain hygiene and arrange worker for warehouse housekeeping
- Involve in branch OSH & ESG compliance
- Monitor daily delivery to estate include checking commitment and planning delivery
- Coordinate and liaise with transporter/haulage for both delivery and incoming containerized shipment
About you
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent
- Spoken language: Malay, English, Mandarin
- Written language: Malay, English
