What they need
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule daily/weekly production based on customer orders.
- Ensure materials, machines, and manpower are ready for production.
- Monitor inventory and avoid material shortages or excess stock.
- Identify production delays and solve problems quickly.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, QC & Sales teams.
- Prepare production reports and monitor production efficiency.
- Arrange shipment to sub-con and also customer
Requirements:
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in production planning is an advantage.
