General Clerk - Operation

Just Play stands for exactly that - we believe kids should just play.  To support that vision, we develop toys that enable imaginative play, role play and endless storytelling play for all children.  Our products cater to all age ranges from infant to kidult, and categories from arts & crafts, collectibles, dolls & accessories, dress-up sets, electronic toys, novelty and plush.

Just Play is a US based multinational organization.  Our Hong Kong office is located in TST East.  Due to office expansion, we are now looking for a high caliber individual to join us:

General Clerk - Operations

Responsibilities:

• Assist the management in preparing shipping/sales related reports, including drafting, formatting, and organizing daily operational documents;
• Support system data entry and maintain organized digital records and filing system;
• Check and verify invoices and related document to ensure billing accuracy;
• Provide general clerical and administrative support on project assignments;
• Perform ad hoc job tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or DSE graduate, or above;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in clerical / operational support; prior experience in toys industry an advantage;
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Mandarin;
• Good computer skills, including MS Office (Excel at Intermediate level);
• Positive working attitude, with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Responsible, independent, attention to details and a fast learner;
• Immediately available would be preferred.
