General Construction Estimator/Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented General Construction Estimator/Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines the critical responsibilities of accurately estimating construction projects and actively engaging with clients to secure new business opportunities. You will play a vital part in driving project success from initial bid to contract signing, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining high standards of quality and cost control. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and possesses a deep understanding of construction processes, estimating tools, and sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects based on plans, specifications, and site visits.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for each project.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and sales efforts.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

​Qualifications:

• 5 years minimum of experience in construction estimating and sales.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
