General Construction Laborer – Malaysia

Job Summary:
We are looking for physically fit and hardworking General Construction Laborers to support construction site operations in Malaysia. The role involves assisting skilled workers, handling construction materials, maintaining a clean and safe worksite, and performing general manual tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general manual labor and physical tasks at construction sites.
• Assist with digging, excavation, leveling, and clearing work areas.
• Load, unload, carry, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other construction staff.
• Help with mixing, pouring, and moving construction materials such as cement, sand, gravel, and other supplies.
• Set up, dismantle, and assist with scaffolding and temporary site structures under proper supervision.
• Clean and prepare construction areas before, during, and after work.
• Collect and remove construction debris, waste, and unwanted materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers.
• Use basic hand tools and construction equipment safely when required.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure materials are stored appropriately.
• Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and workplace procedures.
• Perform other general construction duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual work.
• Willing to work outdoors and in different weather conditions.
• Able to work long hours and overtime when required.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team.
• Experience with basic construction tools and site work will be an advantage.
