General Construction - Painter

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Construction- Painter to join our team. This role involves supporting various painting projects and assisting with general labor tasks across different job sites. Responsibilities

• Assist with surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers under supervision.
• Support the setup and breakdown of work areas, including moving materials and equipment as needed.
• Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work sites, and disposing of debris safely.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
• Adapt to a variety of daily operations that may include different tasks depending on project requirements.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in painting or general labor is required; willingness to learn on the job is essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to handle a diverse range of daily operations in different work environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute positively to team efforts.

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
