General Construction - Production Worker

Position Overview

Heritage Homes of Atlanta is seeking a reliable Production Worker to assist with general construction and residential building activities. This is a hands-on position for someone who works safely, follows instructions, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and production tasks
• Prepare, move, and organize construction materials
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely
• Support carpenters and other construction team members as needed
• Follow project instructions, schedules, and safety procedures
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Help load, unload, and stage materials
• Report safety concerns, damaged materials, or work issues to supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous construction, production, warehouse, or labor experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand tools is helpful
• Dependable and punctual
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
• Able to perform physical work and lift materials as required
• Comfortable working as part of a construction team

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
