What they need
Multi-Skilled Construction & Landscaping Technician
Kruger’s Trees, LLC is seeking a skilled, dependable, and hardworking Construction & Landscaping Technician for residential construction, remodeling, landscaping, tree work, repairs, and property improvement projects throughout Georgetown, Austin, and surrounding areas.
This position will begin with a part-time trial period, with the opportunity for increased pay, additional hours, and advancement based on demonstrated skill, reliability, work ethic, and company workload. We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
Who We’re Looking For
Our preference is strongly toward candidates who already have hands-on experience across multiple construction, remodeling, or landscaping trades and can arrive at a job site ready to contribute.
The ideal candidate is versatile, takes pride in quality work, owns their basic tools, and is capable of assessing tasks, solving problems, and completing work efficiently without needing constant supervision or step-by-step direction.
However, we will also consider candidates who may not yet be highly skilled in every trade but have solid hands-on experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, an exceptional work ethic, and the ability to learn new skills quickly. If you don’t know how to do something yet, we are looking for someone who pays attention, learns it, retains it, and becomes increasingly independent rather than needing to be shown the same task repeatedly.
Initiative is extremely important. We value employees who recognize what needs to be done, stay productive, ask questions when necessary, and actively look for ways to help move a project forward.

Because of the variety of work we perform, you should be comfortable with physically demanding labor and working outdoors in Texas weather.

- Previous hands-on construction, remodeling, landscaping, carpentry, maintenance, or similar trade experience strongly preferred
- Experience across multiple trades is highly preferred
- Must have your own basic construction tools
