General Construction Worker

Skilled Construction Professional | Join Our Core Team

San Diego, CA | Full-Time | Starting at $180/day, based on experience

Build With Us. Grow With Us.

We are building more than projects. We are building a team.

We’re looking for skilled, dependable construction professionals who take genuine pride in their craft and want to become part of a strong, cohesive team.

Our goal is to bring together talented people from different trades who can work as one unit. People who respect each other’s skills, hold themselves to a high standard, and want to build something they can be proud of.

We are currently looking for experienced professionals in carpentry and framing, plumbing, drywall, painting, general construction, and remodeling.

This is an opportunity for someone who is serious about their trade and wants more than the next job. We want people who are interested in developing their careers, taking on greater responsibility, and growing with the company over the long term.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re interested in people who:

Take pride in the quality and finish of their work.

Have real experience and confidence in their trade.

Think through problems instead of simply waiting for instructions.

Are dependable, punctual, organized, and professional.

Understand that craftsmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail matter.

Respect their teammates, clients, and the homes and properties we work in.

Want to learn, improve, and take on greater responsibility over time.

Want to be part of a team where strong performance creates opportunities for advancement.

The Opportunity

We are building a reliable construction team capable of moving from project to project together and consistently delivering high-quality work.

For the right person, this is not just another construction position. It is an opportunity to establish yourself within a growing company, develop alongside a strong team, and work toward leadership and greater responsibility.

We value initiative, craftsmanship, accountability, and people who care about the reputation attached to their work.

Requirements

Relevant construction or trade experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should have appropriate hand tools for their trade, reliable transportation throughout San Diego County, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

A valid driver’s license is preferred.
