Join our team as a General Contractor, where you will spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of diverse construction projects. Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review blueprints, schematics, insurance estimates and contracts to accurately interpret project requirements and scope of work.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and work progresses according to plan.
• Monitor project progress regularly through site visits, adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards while maintaining detailed documentation of project activities.
• Facilitate effective time management across teams by setting priorities, tracking milestones, and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects.
• Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and construction estimating processes.
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling and project management with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and site logistics.
• Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints accurately; familiarity with construction site experience is essential.
• Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and compliance standards.
