Forensic Focus:

✅ Construction defect investigation & reporting

✅ Site investigations across residential, commercial & high-rise/mixed-use

✅ Attorney/client & expert meetings, mediations

✅ Depositions & trial testimony experience preferred

✅ Litigated construction matters (defect, mold, property damage, product failure)

Core Requirements:

🔹 10+ years General Contractor experience

🔹 Deep cost estimating background — RS Means, Xactimate, scopes & take-offs

🔹 Bachelor's degree preferred

🔹 Willing to travel regionally
