General Contractor Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled General Contractor Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Salary will be based on knowledge. In this role, you will be an essential part of various hardscaping, building, and remodeling mostly excavation, piping and drainage projects, supporting the overall construction process from foundation to finish. Your energy, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of Digging and drainage system outside the home.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to support various construction tasks.
• Support concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work on hardscaping and structural projects.
• Perform site cleanup, material handling, and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.

Skills

• Must have a Drivers License with good driving history.
• Proven construction experience with knowledge of building construction processes and materials.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, heavy excavation equipment operation, and drainage technique.
• Familuliarity in plumbing, electrical work, paving, or masonry is a plus.
• Strong outdoor work experience with the ability to perform hardscaping construction projects confidently.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols relevant to construction sites.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
