General Dental Assistant (RDA)

Job Overview

At Celebrate Dental & Braces, we believe that every dental visit should be a comfortable, welcoming, and positive experience. We are looking for a General Dental Assistant who enjoys helping patients feel at ease and takes pride in providing excellent clinical support.

We are willing to train a recent RDA graduate who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn.

What You Will Do

• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with room setup and cleanup
• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as needed
• Take impressions, intraoral photographs, and digital scans as required
• Assist with restorative, preventive, and general dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments in accordance with office and safety standards
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records in Open Dental
• Provide patients with clear instructions before and after treatment
• Communicate with patients and help deliver a positive, professional experience
• Support the clinical team in maintaining an organized and efficient schedule

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and X-ray certification (Required)
• Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of general dentistry procedures preferred
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a team environment
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care
