General Dentist (Associate)

We are seeking an experienced Associate General Dentist to join our team. Compensation based on daily base rate and percentage of net collections.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide dental care to patients, including oral evaluations, preventative and restorative care, and comprehensive treatment planning
• Collaborate with clinical team to provide high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with Patient Coordinators to manage appointments and schedule for efficiency and productivity
• Ensure clinic and treatment rooms are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with infection control and safety standards

Qualifications:

• DDS / DMD degree
• Completed residency program and/or 2+ years of post-graduation experience
• Licensed to practice dentistry in Massachusetts
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• Committed to supporting our practice's culture of mutual respect and teaming
• Adept at working with a multi-disciplinary team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $182,000.00 per year
