What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform restorative and preventive dentistry
• Provide procedures based on your experience and clinical interests, including extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and implant dentistry
• Educate patients on treatment options and help them make informed decisions about their oral health
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Follow established infection-control and patient-safety protocols
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and the broader practice team to provide an exceptional patient experience
• Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education opportunities

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license or ability to obtain licensure
• Strong clinical and treatment-planning skills
• Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented approach to patient care
• Interest in continued clinical and professional growth
