General Dentist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our private practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Private practice, non-DSO, setting
• Strong mentorship program if requested
• Office procedures include implants, root canals, aligners, traditional braces
• Ideal candidate is coachable and a team player
• Minimum 6 months experience, over 1 year preferred
• Strongly prefer candidates who are already credentialed with most dental insurances

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques for diagnostics and treatment planning.
• Provide patient education on oral health and preventive care practices.
• Collaborate with dental team in an approach to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license with no restrictions.
• Experience in root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,800.00 per day
