Bristol Dental Group is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing dental team. We are seeking a dentist who is passionate about delivering quality care, building lasting relationships with patients, and becoming a valued part of a collaborative dental practice.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages
• Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and restorative procedures
• Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical standards
• Build strong relationships with patients and help create a positive dental experience
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation
• Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, treatment coordinators, and office management
• Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in dentistry

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active California dental license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Both experienced dentists and motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
