Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform smiles while adhering to the highest standards of clinical excellence, infection control, and patient safety. We are looking for the right Dr. who is compassionate, dedicated, and skilled to join our Team.

We provide cosmetic and family dental care with the latest advances in dentistry and technology. We have a complete digital workflow and provide care in all phases of dentistry such as placement of implants, RCT, Crown and Bridge, Oral Surgery and Invisalign. Pay can start hourly and work into % and bonus structure.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic dental environment, utilizing your advanced skills in general dentistry and specialized procedures. This can start as PT, and can lead to FT if desired. We are also expanding our office to 9 operatories from currently 7 to meet the needs of our wonderful patient base.

Duties

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental and medical history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using medical imaging technology.
• Diagnose dental conditions accurately through the application of dental terminology, dental diagnosis techniques, and knowledge of anatomy.
• Deliver a wide range of treatments such as dental restorations, root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants.
• Conduct pediatric dentistry procedures with special attention to pediatric patients’ needs and comfort.
• We utilize electronic health record systems such as Dentrix and Dexis for documentation of medical records and work with Overjet for treatment plans, and progress notes while maintaining HIPAA compliance and adhering to state healthcare regulations.
• Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
• Collaborate with team members on patient care plans, communicate effectively with clients about treatment options, and provide education on oral health maintenance.
• Maintain proficiency in dental fabrication techniques and stay current with advances in endodontics and other specialties to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation for insurance claims and legal compliance while managing client communication professionally.

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14.0 – 30.0 per week
