We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team.

INITIALLY STARTING AT ONE TO TWO DAYS PER WEEK WITH OPPORTUNITY TO INCREASE.

You will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and overall well-being. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional patient experiences through precise diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and compassionate care. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about promoting healthy smiles in a dynamic clinical environment.

Duties

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic images.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on accurate dental diagnosis, encompassing restorative procedures, extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), orthodontics, and oral surgery.
• Execute a wide range of general dentistry procedures with precision and aseptic technique to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to enhance efficiency and patient care quality.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, post-operative care instructions, and answer questions clearly using appropriate dental terminology.
• Maintain infection control standards and sterilization protocols to uphold the highest levels of safety within the clinic environment.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques by participating in ongoing education related to pediatric dentistry, dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, and other specialties.

Requirements

• Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice general dentistry in the designated region.
• Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics procedures including dental fabrication, and oral surgery techniques.
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles for treating young patients effectively.
• Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to adhering to HIPAA regulations and all applicable healthcare laws governing medical documentation and patient privacy.
