General Dentist

Tired of the grind? Seeing patients one tooth at a time, short visits, no real room to do quadrant or comprehensive dentistry the way it should be done?

College Hill Dental Group in Easton, Pennsylvania has built what most practices only talk about. A team, technology, and a track record that let providers actually treatment plan comprehensively and execute: more treatment, fewer visits, real patient relationships instead of a revolving door.

We’re looking for a general dentist with a few years of clinical experience who’s ready to put those skills to use in a practice set up to support it. You’ll have access to same day crowns, an in house lab with 3D printing, and digital treatment planning tools most offices don’t have. If you’re already capable of more, you won’t be gatekept. There’s real exposure to advanced techniques and procedures as you grow here.

This is a Monday through Thursday practice, no weekends. Compensation is the greater of a daily guarantee or a percentage of adjusted production, along with 401k with match and full family dental coverage.

If you’re ready to stop fragmenting care and start actually finishing what you start, let’s talk.
