General Dentist

Zyva Dental & Aesthetic Clinic is looking for an experienced and motivated General Dentist to join our growing team on a Revenue-Sharing Basis. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise in general and cosmetic dentistry, excellent patient management skills, and the ability to independently provide high-quality dental care.

Key Responsibilities – Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, consultations, and oral health assessments.
• Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans based on patients' dental conditions and clinical requirements.
• Perform general dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, scaling, polishing, and preventive dental treatments.
• Provide cosmetic dental treatments, including teeth whitening, veneers, smile enhancement, and other procedures within DHA-approved clinical privileges.
• Perform restorative dental procedures, including crowns, bridges, and other prosthetic treatments.
• Manage routine dental emergencies and provide appropriate treatment and follow-up care.
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, preventive care, and available treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and clinical reports in accordance with DHA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and clinic policies.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through professional communication and quality clinical care.
• Work independently while coordinating effectively with the clinical and administrative teams.
• Contribute to patient retention and the overall growth of the dental department through ethical clinical practices.

Requirements

• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter as a General Dentist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in the UAE preferred.
• Strong proficiency in general and cosmetic dentistry.
• Hands-on experience in restorative, preventive, and routine dental procedures.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient management skills.
• Ability to independently manage dental consultations, treatment planning, and procedures.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, clinical quality, and professional ethics.
• Ability to establish long-term patient relationships and deliver a positive patient experience.
• Candidates with an existing patient base will have an added advantage.

Pay: AED1,000.00 per month
