General Equipment Operator Application - MN Field

We are seeking skilled and hardworking individuals for general field positions in our highway heavy construction division. This role involves working on various construction sites, performing tasks that support the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties, including site preparation, excavation, grading, and cleanup.
• Operate or assist with heavy equipment, such as loaders, dozers, excavators, and compactors (depending on qualifications).
• Work with concrete, asphalt, or other materials as required.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times.
• Assist tradespeople, such as operators, carpenters, and ironworkers, as needed.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in highway heavy construction preferred but not required.
• Union membership (or willingness to join if required).
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
