General Executive Assistant

Role Overview

A plumbing agency is seeking a sharp, proactive General Executive Assistant to drive daily operations. You will handle customer calls, manage dispatch and CRM data, lead social media engagement, and keep administrative reporting running seamlessly. 

Core Responsibilities

• Call Handling & Booking: Answer high-volume inbound/outbound calls and convert inquiries into booked service appointments.

• Dispatch & CRM: Update HouseCall Pro and master spreadsheets; dispatch field technicians with clear details.

• Social Media & Lead Gen: Reply to messages on Facebook, Yelp, and Nextdoor; hunt and engage leads in local Facebook groups.

• Content & Reputation: Basic photo/content editing, scheduling WordPress posts, and collecting customer reviews.

• Admin & Reporting: Track daily lead outcomes, generate performance reports, and follow up on pending payments.

• Experience: Background in Executive Assistance, CSR, Dispatch, or Multi-channel Admin support.

• Communication: Flawless, confident spoken English with a calm, persuasive phone presence.

• Tech Stack: HouseCall Pro (or similar CRM), Google Sheets/Excel, WordPress, and social media platforms.

• Multitasking: Proven ability to juggle phone, social, email, text, and data entry simultaneously.

• Setup: Reliable internet connection with strict adherence to the US CST schedule (PH Night Shift).
