Desired Candidate Profile

• Coordinate the inbound and outbound movement of materials, equipment, tools, and other project requirements.
• Arrange and monitor transportation and deliveries to and from project sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, transport companies, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including delivery notes, material receiving records, vehicle documents, and transport-related records.
• Track deliveries and provide regular updates to the project and logistics teams.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment movements based on project requirements.
• Ensure vehicles, drivers, and transportation arrangements comply with UAE and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate site access, delivery schedules, gate passes, and entry requirements with relevant teams.
• Monitor the movement and availability of materials and equipment to avoid delays or disruptions to site activities.
• Maintain accurate logistics trackers, schedules, and reports.
• Support the planning of material deliveries based on project priorities and site requirements.
• Liaise with procurement and warehouse teams regarding material availability and delivery schedules.
• Identify and escalate logistics delays, issues, or potential risks to the Logistics/Project Manager.
• Monitor transportation costs and support cost-effective logistics planning.
• Ensure compliance with AMANA HSE policies, project procedures, and applicable UAE regulations.
• Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned by the line manager.
