Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Agent in site coordination, subcontractor management, and daily construction supervision.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building, Building Studies, Architectural Studies, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Foreman.
- Holder of TCP T1, T2, or T3 certification and a Certificate for Safety Supervisor is preferred.
- Prior experience in residential and hotel projects is an advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Deputy Site Agent.
