General Foreman – Distribution LiveSAFE Solutions is looking for a skilled General Foreman with strong field leadership experience and the ability to bring 2 or more qualified crews for 3‑phase reconductor work . If you enjoy mentoring teams, solving problems in the field, and keeping projects running safely and efficiently, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations across multiple crews and job sites
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
• Promote and enforce safety standards
• Conduct job briefings and tailboards
• Mentor Foremen and crew members
• Track progress, productivity, and quality
• Communicate with Superintendents and Project Managers
• Complete accurate reporting and documentation

What You Bring

• 10+ years of linework experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman
• Ability to bring and lead 2 or more crews
• Experience performing and overseeing 3‑phase reconductor projects
• Strong leadership and crew‑management skills
• Knowledge of OSHA/NESC safety standards
• Ability to read prints and plans
• CDL preferred
• Willingness to travel

Nice to Have

• Experience managing multiple crews on large‑scale projects
• Storm restoration experience
• Utility, co‑op, or Municipalities background
• Clean MVR
