General Foreman

JOB TITLE: GENERAL FOREMAN – ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month
Experience: 8+ Years UAE experience in Roads & Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for road and infrastructure projects.
• Lead and coordinate site foremen, supervisors, skilled workers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site progress.
• Ensure proper execution of road works, drainage, utilities, kerbstone, paving, asphalt, and related infrastructure works.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure all site activities follow HSE requirements and company safety procedures.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely resolution.
• Prepare daily progress updates and report site requirements to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects.
• Strong UAE experience in road construction and infrastructure works.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and manpower management.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
• UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
