General Foreman

Dubai-based construction company is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor / General Foreman to supervise villa finishing, landscape, and hardscape works.

The candidate will manage daily site execution, control workers and subcontractors, follow approved drawings, report progress, and ensure works are completed with good quality and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• You'll be responsible for supervising all civil construction activities on site, including concrete works, masonry, and finishing, to ensure they meet design specifications and engineering standards.
• Maintain daily progress reports to keep the project on track.
• Manage workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
• Coordinate with MEP
• Monitor material delivery, site progress, manpower, and daily work status.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and proper work sequence. Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of Dubai experience.
• Minimum 6 years total experience in construction/finishing supervision.
• Villa finishing experience preferred.
• Experience in tile, marble, plaster, paint, gypsum, screed, paving, and hardscape works.
• Ability to read drawings and control site execution.
• Basic English required.
• Arabic is an advantage
• A UAE driving license is an advantage.
