General Foreman

Job Title: General Foreman
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced General Foreman with strong UAE villa construction experience to supervise and coordinate daily site activities. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing construction teams and coordinating civil and finishing works for residential villas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities for villa projects.
• Manage foremen, skilled workers, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Allocate manpower and assign daily tasks according to project requirements.
• Coordinate civil and finishing works including blockwork, plastering, concrete, tiling, marble, painting, gypsum, waterproofing, carpentry, joinery, and related works.
• Read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Monitor work progress, quality, manpower, materials, and site productivity.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project management.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Identify site issues and report delays or material/manpower requirements to management.
• Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping, and worker discipline.
• Coordinate snagging, rectification, and villa handover activities.
• Prepare daily manpower and work progress updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience.
• Mandatory experience in villa construction projects.
• Proven experience as a General Foreman / Senior Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of villa civil and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong manpower management and leadership skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
