What they need
Run several trade crews and Foremen on a live high-rise tower build in Dubai
Allocate daily and weekly work programs against drawings and specifications
Plan and schedule manpower, materials and safety equipment for each crew
Report progress to the Site Manager daily, weekly and monthly
Produce manpower forecasts based on the project schedule
Approve timesheets and control overtime costs across crews
Coordinate contractor and client personnel to keep work efficient
Desired Candidate Profile
7-10 years of experience on high-rise tower construction sites
A recognised trade certificate: carpentry, masonry, plumbing, welding, AC or electrical
Proven ability to read drawings and apply specifications on site
Demonstrated experience supervising multiple crews or Foremen
A clean, verifiable safety record
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills under schedule pressure
