General Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Supervision: Direct and support multiple trade foremen and craft workers to meet production goals.
• Schedule and Planning: Coordinate daily and weekly work schedules, task sequencing, and project logistics.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure crews have the required tools, equipment, materials, and information.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce site safety rules, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain compliance with legal and health regulations.
• Progress Reporting: Track daily production, monitor labor and material usage, and report updates to the superintendent or project manager.
• Problem Solving: Resolve field conflicts, address bottlenecks, and troubleshoot site issues before they delay work

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Several years experience as foreman background.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, contract documents, and technical drawings.
• Leadership: Strong communication, team management, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Safety Expertise: Working knowledge of safety standards, compliance protocols, and hazard identification

Pay: From Php650.00 per day
