General Foreman – High-Rise Construction

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced General Foreman with strong experience in building construction and high-rise projects to supervise daily site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and execution works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Manage foremen, skilled workers, and labour teams.
• Coordinate structural, civil, and finishing activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor productivity, manpower allocation, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for planned works.
• Follow up on concrete works, blockwork, plastering, finishing, and other civil activities.
• Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Report delays, manpower issues, and site constraints to the Site/Project Engineer.
• Support inspections and handover activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Foreman in building construction is mandatory.
• High-rise construction experience is required.
• UAE construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
• Ability to manage large manpower teams and subcontractors.
• Able to read construction drawings and understand site instructions.
• Good knowledge of construction sequencing and site safety.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Important:
Candidates with only infrastructure, maintenance, or non-building experience will not be considered.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
