General Freight Dispatch

Deol Road Carrier LTD is a reputable and fast-growing transportation company specializing in cross-border freight across Canada and the United States. We’re currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch trucks for Canada–U.S. and domestic loads.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers.
• Monitor routes, manage delays, and ensure efficient load planning.
• Track shipments in real-time and handle documentation for cross-border operations.
• Resolve driver and border-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly.

Requirements:

• Experience with dispatching in the trucking/transportation industry is required.
• Proficient in using the following systems:
• TMW
• STARS
• Ryder GM
• FAST System
• Border Connect
• Other related transportation management systems and ELD platforms.
• Strong knowledge of border crossing procedures and paperwork (ACE/ACI).
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with shift hours if required (evenings/weekends occasionally).
