General Hand

In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of production processes, assist with operating machinery once trained, support workplace safety, maintain a clean and organised work environment, follow production procedures, and help ensure that quality standards are met. You will work collaboratively with your team, carry out routine tasks as needed, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiency and output.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and good attendance. Flexibility, a career-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well in a team are important. Physical fitness, practical skills, and mechanical aptitude are valuable, and previous experience in wood manufacturing is an advantage but not required. You should be willing to learn, committed to safe working practices, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues while supporting overall team performance.
