General Hand – Store, Warehouse and Workshop

About the role

You will help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly, supporting our store, warehouse and workshop operations, with local delivery and pickup driving as a backup responsibility when required.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, moving and storing stock
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Assembling and preparing mowers and other equipment for sale and display
• Assisting the workshop with general hands-on tasks
• Keeping the store, warehouse and workshop clean, safe and organised
• Undertaking local deliveries when required
• Loading and unloading equipment safely
• Helping other team members wherever needed

About you

• A current driver's licence and good driving record
• A practical, hands-on approach
• Good physical fitness and the ability to safely move equipment and stock
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• A willingness to learn and help across different areas of the business
• An interest in mechanical equipment would be an advantage
• Trailer experience and/or a forklift licence would be desirable but are not essential
