THE ROLE:

General Hand/Forklift Operator

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators and General Hands to work in a Production labouring Role. You need to be able to plan, coordinate and direct movement of materials in a timely manner and be able to prioritise your workloads ensuring you are working efficiently and effectively. Being a strong team player is essential as you will also be required to collaborate with other team members.

• Proven previous Experience as Forklift Operator
• Assist with the production of concrete precast products
• Forklift duties moving products and equipment.
• Complete General Labouring Duties
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Safety Conscious
• Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
• Work towards and achieve daily production targets
• Reliable with a dedicated work ethic.

REQUIREMENTS:

• HRWL (Forklift) - Essential
• Construction White Card
• Ability to take direction from management and supervisors
• Physical ability to complete tasks associated with Labouring work
• Proven ability to work autonomously with initiative and follow procedures and instructions.
• Australian Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen
• Proof of right to work in Australia
