We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repairs ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and functional for business operations and tenants alike. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
