Duties

• Assist with materials handling, including heavy lifting and moving supplies using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and hand tools
• Support manufacturing operations by preparing materials, packaging products, and ensuring production areas are organized and clean
• Operate basic industrial equipment and packaging machinery following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Interpret production documents to ensure accurate assembly, packaging, and labeling according to specifications
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety protocols in all tasks
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on equipment, including industrial machinery and packaging lines, escalating problems as needed
• Support warehouse operations by managing inventory, performing materials handling tasks, and ensuring proper storage of supplies

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing facilities or warehouse environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and documentation interpretation
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and ability to follow safety protocol adherence at all times
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with industrial equipment operation are a plus
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) or willingness to obtain certification
• Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes and industrial tools usage
• Strong work ethic with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
• Flexibility to work varied hours based on project needs; self-motivated with a positive attitude toward teamwork
