General Helper

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working General Helper to assist our team with daily operational, maintenance, and manual labor tasks. In this role, you will support technicians, supervisors, and other team members by performing routine tasks, keeping work areas clean and safe, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is punctual, physical fitness-oriented, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual Labor & Support: Assist skilled tradespeople, technicians, or supervisors with daily tasks and heavy lifting.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, pack, unpack, and move materials, equipment, or inventory safely.
• Site Maintenance: Clean and maintain work areas, machinery, tools, and storage spaces to ensure safety standards are met.
• Tool & Equipment Prep: Fetch, organize, clean, and inspect tools or equipment needed for upcoming jobs or shifts.
• Waste Disposal: Collect, sort, and dispose of trash, scrap material, and hazardous items following safety protocols.
• Basic Assembly/Repairs: Perform simple assembly, basic equipment setup, or minor routine maintenance under supervision.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow all company health and safety guidelines, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
