General Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and physically fit Production Helper to support our workshop and production team in the manufacturing, fabrication, and preparation of advertising and signage materials. The successful candidate will assist with daily production activities, material handling, packing, and installation preparation while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates who are willing to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist production teams in fabrication, assembly, packaging, and installation preparation.
• Support departments including carpentry, acrylic fabrication, metalwork, painting, printing, and vinyl application.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely within the production facility.
• Prepare tools, materials, and workstations before production begins.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and production areas.
• Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures.
• Assist with quality checks and ensure completed work meets company standards.
• Help with packing and preparing finished products for delivery or installation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Helper, General Helper, or Factory Worker is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience in the signage, advertising, printing, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting materials and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and work across different production departments.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: Up to AED1,800.00 per month
