General Home Appliance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Home Appliance Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide range of multi-brand home appliances. This role requires strong technical skills, field service experience, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair various multi-brand home appliances, including:

· Coffee Machines

· Refrigerators / Freezers

· Washing Machines / Dryers

· Dishwashers

· Ovens / Cookers / Hobs

· Microwaves

· Water Dispensers

· Vacuum Cleaners & Robotic Vacuum Cleaners

· Personal Care Appliances (Hair Dryers, Hair Straighteners, etc.)

Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance.

Identify faults accurately and provide effective repair solutions.

Deliver professional service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Coordinate with the service team and update job status regularly.

Replace defective parts and ensure appliances are fully functional after repair.

Prepare and maintain service reports, job sheets, and spare parts records.

Requirements

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Above 2 years of UAE experience as a Home Appliance Technician (multi-brand experience preferred).

· Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

· Experience repairing major brands such as Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Bosch, Super General, and similar.

· Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (not mandatory).
