About the role

Issuance of new business, renewal and endorsement documents for commercial lines of business. Maintain service standards to customers by ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation. Manage policy documentation and related administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Issuance of new business, renewal and endorsement documents for commercial lines of business
• Maintain service standards to customers by ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation
• Manage policy documentation and related administrative duties
• Assist to answer email and phone enquiries from customer care, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
• Initiate and support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department's work processes
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in GI Insurance would be preferred
• Able to work in a fast and diverse environment
• Meticulous with an eye on detail
