General Labor Worker

Job Summary

M&M Talent Group is seeking dependable General Labor Workers to join our team in Humble, TX. This position involves performing a variety of hands-on labor duties in a hot work environment. Construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and construction-related tasks as assigned
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Work outdoors or in hot environments as required
• Assist skilled workers with various construction and job-site duties

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday
• Comfortable working in hot environments
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be willing to follow safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work in hot temperatures for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
