Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cleaning of surfaces prior to coating application
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment in the work area
• Operate basic tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support coating application processes under supervision
• Perform routine quality checks and report any issues
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Basic understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities
