Requirements:

What You'll Do (We'll Teach you Everything)

As a vital part of our production team, you will get hands-on experience across multiple manufacturing departments:

• Precision Finishing: Learn the art of metal finishing, deburring, breakout, hardware installation, and product assembly.
• Advanced Coating: Work inside our state-of-the-art paint facility - learning professional masking, part hanging, and palletizing.
• Quality & Logistics: Prepare, safely package, and protect finished precision parts so they are ready to ship to our clients.
