Job Responsibilities

Depending on your assigned position, duties may include:

• Cutting, preparing, seasoning, and packaging meat products
• Packing, wrapping, labeling, and sorting products
• Moving racks, stacking boxes, and preparing shipments
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following food safety and production guidelines
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Job Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and noisy environments
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 30+ lbs
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced production environment

Pay & Schedule

• $13.14–$14.18/hr, depending on shift and position
• Day and night shifts available
• Approximately 40–55 hours per week
• Overtime pay for eligible hours worked over 40 in a workweek
